From the Mirador de Coll de Josa we can observe one of the most fantastic landscapes in the region, an area with a mixture of black pine and red pine forest, in addition to an extensive agricultural area with beams that take advantage of the terrain.
Actualment zones de pastura. Ens podem fixar que des del mirador també es pot veure el poble de Gósol i les restes del seu castell, que corona el toronet que li fa de raser. A l’est, tenim el gran massís del Pedraforca aquí amb una imatge gens típica d’aquest i engrandit per la proximitat a la que estem. A l’oest de Gósol hi observem tota la zona boscosa de la Serra del Verd. Si creuem aquest coll començarem a descendir i de seguida se’ns obrirà tota una vall força tancada que ens condueix cap a l’Alt Urgell (Josa, Tuixent, vall de la Vansa…).
